Common questions
Why didn't my scan give a good diagnosis?
Diagnosis quality depends heavily on the photo. Try again in good, even light, get close enough that the affected leaves fill most of the frame, and keep the shot in focus. If the results still seem off, email us the photo and we'll take a look.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by us. On iOS, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, open the Play Store and go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by the app stores, so refunds go through them too. For iOS, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android, use the Play Store's order history. If you get stuck, email us and we'll point you in the right direction.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email support@litesapphire.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll remove your account, photos, and scan history promptly. See the privacy policy for details on what we store.
